Campus Rules & Code of Conduct

All students, faculty, and staff are expected to uphold the standards of Lovers University at all times while on campus or representing the university IC.

01 · Respect & Professionalism

All IC interactions must remain respectful. Harassment, discrimination, or hostile behavior toward other students or faculty will result in immediate suspension of campus access and a formal review.

02 · Academic Integrity

Submitted work must be your own RP effort. Cheating, plagiarism, or submitting another student's work as your own results in a failing grade for the assignment and a written warning on your student file.

03 · Class Attendance

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Three or more unexcused absences in a single course may result in withdrawal from the course and a grade of W on the transcript.

04 · Assignment Deadlines

Assignments must be submitted by the posted due date. Late submissions are accepted at professor discretion only. Students requesting extensions must contact their professor before the deadline.

05 · Campus Dress Code

Students are expected to maintain IC dress appropriate to a university environment during class hours. Campus events may have specific dress codes posted in the event announcement.

06 · Disciplinary Process

Violations are reviewed by the Dean of Students. Minor infractions result in a written warning. Repeated or serious violations may result in academic probation, suspension, or expulsion. All decisions are logged and logged to the student file.

Questions about campus policies can be directed to the Registrar's Office via a Campus Service Request.

How do I get a student account?

Submit an application below on this page. Once approved by administration, you'll receive login credentials for the Student Portal where you can enroll in courses.

How does enrollment work?

After admission, log into your Student Portal and navigate to the Course Catalog tab. Select an open course and click Enroll. Enrollment is confirmed when the course appears in your Coursework tab.

When are classes held?

Class schedules are set by each professor and posted in the Class Schedule section. Some courses are asynchronous (submit work on your own time), others have scheduled live sessions.

How is tuition handled?

IC tuition is tracked by the Registrar's Office. Amounts and payment terms are set per character. You can view your tuition status in the Student Portal. Submit a tuition inquiry via Campus Services.
